House Should Reject Budget Reconciliation Package

House Republicans are trying to use “budget reconciliation” to sneak through funding for the Pentagon, intelligence agencies, and Donald Trump’s anti-voter SAVE Act that they know would not get approved through the regular legislative process.

To Every Member of the United States House of Representatives

We should be devoting fewer taxpayer dollars to military and intelligence spending, not more. And the so-called SAVE Act could disenfranchise literally millions of eligible voters, depriving millions of American citizens of their essential right to vote. Do not use the budget reconciliation process to advance either of these wasteful, unpopular, and destructive measures.
