Keep Pressure on Congress for Constitutional Amendment to Overturn Supreme Court Ruling on Presidential Immunity

The Supreme Court’s profoundly misguided ruling in Donald Trump’s immunity case in effect gives U.S. presidents sweeping power to break the law with impunity.

Because of the way the Supreme Court ruled in the case, a constitutional amendment is the most surefire way to overturn the ruling.

Step One is getting as many members of Congress as possible to support an amendment. And Congress needs to hear from the American people again and again, for as long as it takes.
