With its absurd ruling in Donald Trump’s immunity case, the U.S. Supreme Court has in effect given U.S. presidents sweeping power to break the law with impunity.

We have to overturn this ruling. And the most surefire way to do that is with a constitutional amendment. Winning a constitutional amendment won’t be easy. It’s not supposed to be easy. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try.
