According to a bombshell report in The New York Times, Trump regime’s so-called “border czar,” Tom Homan, accepted a bag containing $50,000 in cash last September from undercover FBI agents posing as businessmen. Homan reportedly indicated he would be willing to help them get government contracts if Trump won the election.
This is the kind of scandal that might well have derailed any previous presidential administration. But, in the era of Donald Trump, it barely made headlines. And now Trump’s sycophantic DOJ has closed the case, whining about “the deep state.” Democrats in both the House and Senate have opened separate investigations over the regime’s choice to drop an inquiry into Homan.
