The Skybox data center is proposed for construction on Old Settler’s Boulevard near residential neighborhoods, schools, public parks, health care centers, shopping, animal care facilities, places of worship, assisted living facilities, and other public gathering places.
Data Centers are noisy, unsightly, and a huge demand on local resources. The City of Round Rock is already host to two data centers. But we won’t accept rezoning a residential community for another.
