Tell the Senate to protect public lands from toxic mining

In 2023, President Biden’s Interior Secretary signed an order to ban mining in over 200,000 acres of Minnesota’s Superior National Forest and Boundary Waters for over 20 years.

Now Republicans are trying to exploit a little-known law — the Congressional Review Act — to overturn these protections and exploit our public lands.
