David Ellison, the CEO of Paramount-Skydance, and his father Larry are trying to suck Warner Bros. Discovery up into their media empire.

The Ellisons are major supporters of Donald Trump. Handing them control of Warner Bros. Discovery, which owns CNN, would spell disaster for independent media in America.

The Trump Administration is supporting it — we can’t count on federal regulators to stop it. We need attorneys general all across the country to investigate and block the Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery merger.
