Tell the Senate to vote NO on overturning EPA waivers for vehicle emissions standards

Some Republicans want to break Senate procedure and use the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to repeal waivers that have allowed 12 states and DC to create stronger vehicle emissions standards — with more states likely to follow if the waivers remain intact.

If Congress overrides these state standards, people across the country will face severe health, economic, and environmental consequences.
